The upcoming Toxic Avenger remake just dropped a new teaser, giving us a fresh look at Peter Dinklage’s Toxie in action! The footage takes us to the Miss Meat fast food joint, where the menu is just as questionable as the hostage situation unfolding inside. Armed extremists have taken control, but they’re no match for Toxie and his glowing, mutated mop. One unlucky villain even gets his mouth “mopped” right off his face!

Directed by Macon Blair, this modern reimagining keeps the practical effects, over-the-top violence, and signature Troma trashiness intact. Blair promises Itchy & Scratchy-style gore, including a gruesome car engine head-grinding scene. The film’s blend of absurdity and environmental themes has already won over Fantastic Fest audiences, and now it’s ready to bring its unrated chaos to the world.
