I like to think I can hold my own on the dance floor, but Boston Dynamics’ Atlas just made sure I’ll never try again. In its latest video, the robot walks, sprints, rolls, balances on its hands, and even throws in some breakdancing moves—finishing with a gravity-defying sideways flip while researchers shout “NO WAY!”

Atlas learns by mimicking human movements, and let me tell you, it’s got more rhythm than I ever will. So, yeah, I’m retiring from dancing. I’ll just be over here, watching a robot steal my spotlight.
