After the trailer for Popeye The Slayer Man that came out earlier this week, here comes Shiver Me Timbers, another Popeye-themed horror movie! In this one, Olive Oyl and crew head out for a peaceful camping trip to watch Halley’s Comet, but instead of stargazing, they’re dodging a meteor-mutated, spinach-fueled Popeye on a murderous rampage.

Horror fans, rejoice—or at least chuckle nervously. These micro-budget “masterpieces” aren’t scary so much as they are “what on Earth were they thinking?”
