Netflix has just dropped the first trailer for The Electric State, the upcoming sci-fi adventure from the Russo Brothers!

This retro-futuristic film, based on the novel by Simon Stålenhag, is set in an alternate 1997 where technology has taken a dark turn. Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown takes the lead as Michelle, a teenager journeying across a dystopian American West with a mysterious robot and a war veteran/drifter, played by Chris Pratt, in search of her brother. With humans trapped in VR helmets and monstrous drones wreaking havoc, it’s an adventure that’s definitely worth watching!

The Electric State will hit Netflix on March 14, 2025!
