Sorry, Geeks are Sexy was up and down for the past 12 hours. I moved the site from a dedicated server to an Enterprise-class VPS and needed to optimize things a bit. I had the great idea of starting this at the end of the day yesterday. Yeah, I know, not ideal. Fortunately, the support over at Dreamhost has been absolutely stellar. These guys are BEYOND awesome, and there’s always someone to help via their live chat support. I’ve been with them for over 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The reason I’m doing this? Cutting cost. Paying $300 per month for a dedicated server was slowly dragging me down, with everything costing more these days, I had to cut somewhere.
