Indiana Jones’ Father, James Bond Star, and Oscar Winner Sean Connery Dies at 90

Scottish actor Sean Connery, most known for his roles as James Bond, and as Indiana Jones’ father for many of us geeks, has just passed away at the age of 90. During his career, the actor won three Golden Gloves, two Baftas, and an Oscar. He was knighted back in 2000 by Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II at Holyrood Palace. He was also declared the sexiest man alive in 1989 by People Magazine.

He died overnight in his sleep, while in the Bahamas.

For me, he is and will always be the best 007.

Sleep well, Henry Jones, Sr.
