HOW TO DRINK: Making the Legendary Flaming Moe at Home [Video]

Today on How to Drink I’m tackling the legendary Flaming Moe, or Flaming Homer, depending on who’s story you think is the true one. Honestly, I would have called this a Flaming Homer, but research (asking my friends) suggests the Flaming Moe might have better name recognition.

Flaming Moe

One dash of Absinthe
Two Dashes of Angostura Bitters
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Grenadine
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Punt e Mes
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Chambord
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Drambuie
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Rye
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Rhum Barbancourt White
Shake & Open Pour
Garnish with a flaming sugar cube lime boat
and cinnamon
