Mattel to Release Gorgeous Star Wars Barbie Dolls

Right from the start in 1977, the outfits featured in the original Star Wars movie looked avant-garde and amazing, and even today, they still do so. Many companies have inspired themselves on the fashion from a galaxy far, far away in the past to create new products and toys, and Mattel has always been a front runner among those. Yesterday, the company has announced they would release some high-fashion Barbie dolls based on characters from the Star Wars franchise: Darth Vader, Princess Leia, and R2-D2. Behold:
