If you have 11 minutes to spend, and I strongly recommend that you take those 11 minutes, watch this keynote that Stan Lee gave back in 2017 at the UCLA Extension Certificate Graduation Ceremony. The keynote is about how Spider-Man was created and how the character was nearly cancelled. It’s also about a very important lesson we should all follow: “If you have an idea that you genuinely think is good, don’t let some idiot talk you out of it.”
