11 Years ago, I started this website just for fun. Back then, little did I know that it would attract such a big following. Then, in 2011, after my third “geekling” was born, I decided to stay home to take better care of them while working full time on the site. With 3 kids (one that suffers from autism spectrum disorder) and a job as a sysadmin that regularly asked me to work during the nights and weekends, the decision was not difficult to make.

Now, 5 years later, I’m still home, still spending A LOT of time seeking the best and geekiest stuff of the web for you guys, but unfortunately, the ad market isn’t what it used to be, and considering that “Geeks are Sexy” costs me the price of a fairly pricey car to run each year, a little help would definitely go a long way to improve my little corner of the web.

Plus, more and more people are using ad blockers nowadays (25% of the readership,) even though these are necessary to keep websites alive. Geeks are Sexy isn’t a big corporation, it’s a one-person operation with a few paid contributors (thanks guys!), so by supporting Geeks are Sexy, you’ll be helping me keep this place alive!
