You might remember that David Tenant held the role of Barty Crouch Jr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and that The 10th Doctor had his memory wiped at one point to hide from a family of aliens. This mashup might explain the appearance of Tenth in the Potterverse at a later point in time… but only if you have a very fertile imagination, of course! :)
