The local government council has given JK Rowling approval to build a summer house resembling the cottage of Harry Potter fan favorite Hagrid. The council gave her the go-ahead to build the structure on her vast estate, provided no trees are damaged or chopped down during the construction.

Edinburgh, Scotland-based architects have drawn up the plans and is described as a “circular stone building without glass in the window openings.”
