So, back in March we brought you news of a live-action Jem and the Holgrams movie, directed by Jon Chu (G.I. Joe: Retaliation).

Now, less than a month later, not only has the cast been revealed, the movie has already begun shooting!

Chu released the news with a cast photo montage, with each photo depicting a half-close up of each band member:

Aubrey Peeples (Nashville) will play Jem. Disney star Stefanie Scott is Jem’s sister Kimber. Rounding out the cast is Aurora Perrineau (Pretty Little Liars) as Shana, and Hayley Kiyoko (Disney Channel Movie Lemonade Mouth) is Aja.
