James Frazier and Eric Nordhoff host “The Walker Stalkers” podcast, which has reached #2 under Entertainment on iTunes.

Frazier and Nordhoff decided to branch out the success of their podcast into a convention: The Walker Stalker Con.

It will be held November 1-3 in downtown Atlanta, which is convenient (and not a coincidence), since The Walking Dead films there. As of this writing, Sarah Wayne Callies, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Laurie Holden, Emily Kinney, Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs, IronE Singleton, Lew Temple, and Vincent M. Ward are all slated to appear.

But the convention is more than just a Walking Dead convention. The fan-centric convention also celebrates other forms of zombie-horror, slasher horror and sci-fi and other guests include: Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th, Hatchet), Danielle Harris (Halloween franchise, Hatchet), Judith O’Dea (Romero’s Night of the Living Dead), Giancarlo Esposito (Revolution, Breaking Bad), Eugene Clark (Land of the Dead), and the cast of FearNET’s Holliston series.

Like other conventions, there will also be panels, contests, artists, vendors, concerts, and late-night parties. Unlike some other conventions, however, there will also be family-friendly guests and events, like knights from Medieval Times Atlanta, former SyFy Face Off contestants creating make-up effects, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and the Georgia Reptile Society.

Passes start as low as $30 and VIP passes and weekend passes are available. Pass pre-sales end October 27 at midnight.
