A totally amazing LEGO reproduction of The Hobbit’s Smaug, just in time for the release of The Hobbit on DVD/Blu-Ray by Flickr user Fat Tony 1138.

Finally finished my third LEGO version.

I have to be honest about the treasure, most of it is gold foil I got from a craft store. I used real LEGO coins to make imprints into the foil and then draped it around a LEGO base. Then I spread the real stuff around, pretty convincing, huh?
