So now, in a pinch, your cell phone case can double as (comparatively pricey) toilet paper.  “Out again.  Crap.” *looks at phone* “I’m so sorry about this.”  They use a technique called “decoupage”, which seems to be a fancy way of saying “collage”.  I think.
