Hey, the website is called “Geeks Are Sexy”.  Behold: the Karmasheetra.  The website claims that there will be “No more awkward moments where you’re not quite sure where to put those hands and feet!”  Which is odd to me, because that looks like an awkward situation just waiting to happen. One of these bad boys will set you back about $32, but think of all the possibilities. *adds to cart*
